Mary Ellen, Beth and I have been your "across the lot" neighbors and Paul E's co-workers for the greater part of the last 35 years. We are saddened to learn of Paul's passing. Please accept our heartfelt condolences. May the entire family find comfort and peace now and in the days and years to come. We'll miss seeing you and Paul working together in the yard as you all so often used to do. Our paths don't cross as often as perhaps the "35 years" between us should represent but one thing is for sure, if it weren't for Mary Ellen's keen eye and careful gaze over the property, I would have lost one of my favorite box turtles following its "escape" and subsequent scurry to hide in your yard. I'll always appreciate you finding it!! Paul E, I think you have my cell number, but if not, I'll give it to you next time I see you working outside in the yard. I might be retired but I can still run the 50 yard East Willock Road dash in under 30 seconds so feel free to call me to check on anything should the occasion warrant. Mary Ellen, if there's anything Beth or I can do to help you in any way please do feel free to call and we can run right over should you need a hand. Prayers for you all.

I met Paul years ago while working on a project together. It was easy to see he was a man of integrity, and it has been my honor to call him friend ever since we met. He truly was a good man. Randy Shows, Louisiana

Dear Mary Ellen and Bauer Family, we were so saddened to learn of Paul's passing. What a gentleman indeed, and we'll always treasure memories of his guitar playing at family gatherings. He truly lived a remarkable life. It was clear how immensely proud of his kids, and his warmth, generosity, and kindness left a lasting mark on everyone who knew him. Please know you're in our thoughts and hearts. With deepest sympathy, the Colletti Family.
