Huwalt, Paul S. Age 92, on Tuesday, September 4, 2018, of Scott Township, formerly of Baldwin and Florida.

Beloved husband of 70 years to the late Genevieve (Prokop); loving father of Paul "Skip" (Pamela) Huwalt, Kurt (Leslie) Huwalt, Sr. and the late Thomas (Barbara) Huwalt; cherished grandpap of Mark, Lisa (Dan), Christina (Budd), Paul (Lauren), Kurt, Jr. (Elizabeth) and Kyle; proud great-grandpap of Ellie, Logan, Preston, Skylar, Lilyana and Addalyn; brother of the late Bill, Lil, Hazel, Vi and Peg; also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Paul served in the U.S. Army during WWII, was a Purple Heart recipient, and an employee of U. S. Steel for 30 years. Friends will be received at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Road, Brentwood 15227, Sunday, September 9, 2018, from 1-3 and 6-8 p.m. Funeral Prayer on Monday morning at 9:00. Mass of Christian Burial in Our Lady of Grace Church, Scott Township, at 10:00 am.
