Well how best to describe my relationship with Phill well he was always available to help someone who needed a hand so one time he helped us move. Well he was a beast, I remember it like it was yesterday but 45 years ago he got a washing machine on his back and carried it from the truck, up the steps and down a long alley. Pure animal he was a strong guy. I haven't seen PJ for over a year but the last time we were together we were playing cards up Slippery Rock till wee hours of the night with my Brother Joe ,Kurt ,Wayne ,me and Pj. Well what a wonderful game laughing over our card hands trying to bluff, we had a magnificent evening and Wayne and myself took all their money. I will always have that night and great memories with Phil. We will all miss his shit eating grin. Love you Phil

He was the one to ask if you had questions about anything concerning hunting or fishing. I'll miss the times we went to the range for target practice. He could shoot straighter than anyone I knew. I will miss hit greatly. God Bless PJ and his family.

I was saddened to learn that my childhood friend, PJ, passed on the 7th. Our mothers would have coffee together, our sisters shared the same birthday, and sometimes together they had joint birthday parties back in the day when "pin the tail on the donkey" was in vogue, water balloons were a must, and we all played red light, green light, yellow light...Stop! We may have all grown up, and over the years we may have all grown apart, but forever we will be best friends from our days on Rinne Street. I am glad to know he was blessed with a loving family and good friends, any my sympathies and prayers to all.

Everyone that knew P.J. had a true friend for life . We grew up together and stayed in touch through the years . When P.J. got involved with anything he went all in got the best of the best . That's why he won the fishing derby's , hit more bullseyes than everyone else . Most competitive man I knew . You will be greatly missed . God Bless

Lifelong friend & fishing buddy. "George" is what we called each other (among other names) He was king of the trout stream. A kind and gentle giant, that was MY friend. I will miss him and his beaming smile. Rest easy. Until we meet again....
