Age 81, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, November 5, 2024, of Whitehall. Beloved husband of 60 years to Kathleen A. (Ozoskey) Sineway; loving father of Sherry L. (Sineway) Brooks and the late Raymond J. Sineway, Jr; cherished Pap of Amanda Brooks, Matthew Brooks, Darren Kiefer, Samantha Sineway and Angela Sineway; great grandpap of Lea, Sean, Knox and the late Michael; son of the late Henry and Mary Sineway; brother of Linda Rowlette, Carol Troiani and the late Donald Sineway and Keith Sineway. Also survived by several nieces, nephews and their families. Ray graduated from South Hills High School in 1961. He played on the first collegiate basketball team for Robert Morris and retired from UPS after 30 years of service. Friends will be received at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Road, Brentwood 15227 on Sunday, November 10, 2024, from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. where a Blessing Service will be held on Monday at noon.
