Obituary For Reed W. Tripp

October 18, 1963 - November 18, 2016

Tripp, Reed W. Age 53, peacefully on Friday, November 18, 2016.

Beloved husband of Paula (Soltis) Tripp; loving father of Christopher Reed, Justin Lee and Michael Blake Tripp; son of Harold (Nancy) Tripp and the late Norma Tripp; brother of Barbara, Terry and Larry; stepbrother of Jerry and Michelle; son-in-law of Diana and the late Allen Soltis; brother-in-law of Marie and Karin; doggie daddy of Charlie. Reed will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him. Reception of family and friends will be held at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Road, Brentwood 15227, on Saturday, December 3, 2016 from 10 a.m. until the time of his service at noon. In lieu of flowers, family suggests contributions to the Humane Society of St. Thomas, P.O. Box 8150, St. Thomas, USVI 00801. Please send condolences to www.johnfslater.com.

    Paula, Harold and all of Reed's family - I am so sorry for your loss. I wish there were some words of comfort to help you through such a difficult time. I know Reed will be missed by everyone he came in contact with as he was such a special person. He is with his guardian angel Norma now and I know she is holding him tight.
