Regina Ann Fisher was born on Monday, November 6, 1933, and passed away on Tuesday, November 14, 2023, in Pittsburgh. She was lovingly known as Gina to her family and as Jean to her friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Laura Fisher, her sisters, Betty Ford and Celine Bruwelheide, and her brothers, Bill, Bob, and Jack Fisher. She is survived by her sister in law, Mary Ann Fisher, 13 nephews, 3 nieces, and several great and great great nephews and nieces. She worked for U.S. Steel for forty two years. She enjoyed reading, art, yoga, gardening, and especially, dogs. She was interred at Penn Forest Natural Burial Park on Thursday, November 16, 2023. In lieu of flowers or gifts, a donation may be made to her favorite charity, Animal Friends (thinkingoutsidethecage.org).
