Obituary For Regis P. Najeski

Najeski, Regis P.

Regis enjoyed the outdoors. He was an avid fisherman and hunter, and loved to tend to his garden every summer, sharing the fruits of his labor. Regis will be missed by his loved ones and his many lifelong friends.

There will be no visitation. Mass of Christian Burial will be held in Blessed Trinity Parish, St. Sylvester Church at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, September 16, 2022. Please meet at church. Inurnment immediately after at St. Anne Cemetery. Arrangements handled by the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Road, Brentwood 15227. In lieu of flowers, family suggests contributions to a charity of one’s choice in his memory.

I went to Brentwood High School with Regis and we walked home for lunch together daily. Everyone in school was surprised that Regis became a police officer as he was such a jokster with a great sense of humor... and was often in trouble for a silly prank. Such a nice memory of a very nice man!
