So regretful for Rick's passing. Rick was a coworker for many years, it was always a pleasure being around him. He worked very hard, and always spoke lovingly of his motivation, his family. He had an infectious sense of humor, and a perpetual smile. Sympathies to the Kells family, very sorry for the loss.

This is terrible news. I worked with Rick at Choice One and Comcast. - and shared a passion for Golf and the Steelers. He was one of the good guys for sure. Prayers to his family along with my heartfelt condolences

Dear ones, Rick, definitely a fine young man. Known him thru little boy thru teen years , mostly on vacations together as families. Much fun, and laughter and he was always part.of it ! We would tease him a lot...as he really liked the Sun.....and say he was going to bask in the sun...always using "Bask" as the word for tan just to be ornery.....So I'm remembering that young Rick walking away, with a towel around his neck to go."basking" by the water. We loved him....I know God loves ❤️ him, and he is at home with Him........

Rick was a great co-worker and friend. We shared a cube at AT&T and worked close together. I enjoyed his dry humor and wit. I was very saddened to hear of his passing. I will miss him.
