I will remember Dick as a good neighbor and someone who loved animals. In years past, I would see him walking one of his beagles or chasing an escapee beagle (Lily?). His most recent pet, a cat named Smokey, obviously adored him. When I needed to be away from my own dog Oliver, now gone, Dick and Bobbie would care for him, and I always knew that Oliver was in loving hands, and that he would enjoy being near Dick wherever he was. My loving thoughts are with Bobbie and the rest of Dick's family. Susan Salis

Bobby, my heart goes out to you at this time. I only knew Dick for about ten years from working at the polls, but he was such a good soul and we missed him when he retired. Hugs to you. Cindy Guenther
