Williams, Richard K. Born on July 21, 1924. Passed peacefully on Friday, November 17, 2017, of Pleasant Hills.

Beloved husband of Dorothy M. Williams (Schorr Topley), son of the late Clara M. Bowers (Schneltzer Williams) and Edward Frank Williams; father of Sherry (Bill) Kunkel, Richard J. (Dawn) Topley, Donna M. Topley and friend Marion L. Keefer; brother to Edward (the late Gladys) Williams, Henry (Annie) Bowers and Gladys (the late Paul) Luznar; preceded in death by daughter Darla (Paul) Marracinni, sister Ruth Ann Garry and brothers William Bowers and David Bowers; grandfather of Shane Marracinni, Christian Duval, Breanne Topley and Justin Topley, as well as many great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Richard served in the U.S. Air Force as a flight engineer during World War II. Retired from USX Marine Ways River Division in Clairton, PA after 41 years and he was a marine consultant for various companies for over 20 years. He was a member of Stephen Bayard Lodge #526 and Coudersport Consistory. There will be no visitation. Funeral and interment at the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies will be private.
