Kroll, Richard Age 89, on Sunday, May 8, 2016, of Brentwood.

Beloved husband of the late Wilma (Denk) and Audrey (Watson); father of Wilma (John) Dankovich, Nancy (John) Argentieri, Richard S. (Christine) Kroll, Martin (Jean) Kroll and the late Janet Kroll; grandfather of Meghan Dankovich, Heather (Hubert) Attale, Dominic (Dr. Megan Dankovich) Argentieri, Fr. Nick Argentieri, Theresa Dragan, Julie (Rick Ray) Kroll and Jesse Kroll; great-grandfather of Owen, Grant, Sonya, Sibyl, Makayla, Caitlyn, Trevonn and Jayden; brother of Stanley (Alphena) Kroll and the late Ray (Mary Jane), Regis (Anna Mae), Sylvester (Norie) and Robert Kroll and Alberta Ferguson. Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews and his beloved dog Tiny. Richard served in the U.S. Army during WWII and was a member of the Knights of Columbus and American Legion Post 935. Friends will be received at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Road, Brentwood 15227, Tuesday from 6-8 p.m. and Wednesday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Funeral Prayer on Thursday morning at 9:15.
