April 22, 1923 - August 11, 2014

O'Malley, Richard M., Sr. Age 91, on Monday, August 11, 2014, of Baldwin Boro.

Beloved husband of the late Eleanor E.; father of Kathleen (Robert) Hiller and the late Richard O'Malley, Jr. and Barbara O'Malley; grandfather of Stacy St. Germain, Robyn (Jon) Weisbrod, Lori O'Malley, Carrie (Bob) Allridge and the late Timothy O'Malley; great-grandfather of five; brother of the late Geraldine Rua. Dick retired from the Pittsburgh Housing Authority where he worked for many years. Friends will be received at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Road, Brentwood 15227, on Friday for a memorial visitation from 10-11:30 a.m. A blessing service will follow at 11:30 a.m.

    Dear Kathleen & Barbara, I offer my sympathy on the death of your dad, Richard. My Dad, John Tischler, worked with your dad for years at the Pgh. Housing Authority. My dad was so fond of your dad, they were best friends for years. We lost my dad in 1999, so sorry for your loss. Janet Tischler Corbett
