Bird, Richard W. "Dick", age 79, on Saturday, August 20, 2016 of Whitehall and Jensen Beach, FL.

Husband of Charlene (Connors) Bird; father of Susan (Mario Calderone) Bird, Leslie Bird, Richard Bird, Thomas Bird, and Deanna (Stephen) Brown; grandfather of Wesley, Nicole, Caitlin, Anna and Natalie; son of the late Charles and Anna Mary (Puder) Bird; brother of Jim Bird, Carolyn (Pete) Broeren and the late Jack Bird, Ann Marie Susan and Charles Bird. Also survived by nieces and nephews and numerous friends. Friends will be received at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Road, Brentwood 15227 on Friday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Blessing service on Saturday morning at 10:30 a.m.
