April 10, 1933 - December 20, 2016

Campbell, Robert Lee, age 83, on Tuesday, December 20, 2016 of Whitehall. Beloved husband of 49 years to Judy (Hartman); father of Maude Campbell, Adam Campbell and Sarah (Tom) Gintner; proud pap pap of Madison and Gillian Campbell and Lydia and Allison Gintner; brother of the late Janet Hull, Betty Campbell and John Campbell. Friends will be received at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Road, Brentwood 15227 on Thursday, December 22, 2016 from 1-3 p.m. with funeral services following at 3:00 p.m. If desired, family suggests contributions to Baldwin Community United Methodist Church, 5001 Baptist Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15236.

    Uncle Bob, was a true Joy. Always smiling, making people laugh- and ever so smart. My prayers go out to his family, he was a godsend for me at my fathers passing. I will always remember his wry smile and tremendous wit. He will be a hit in heaven!
