Age 84, passed peacefully at home on Tuesday, January 10, 2023, of Baldwin. Devoted husband of Maxine (Garvin) Kmonk; loving father of the late Douglas (survived by his wife Fran) and survived by Jeffrey (Diane) and Kathleen (Mark) Harmon; beloved Pappy of Nichole, Matthew, Shirlann, Jonathan and the late Brittany and Kaitlyn; great-grandfather of Brittany and Elise; son of the late Stanley and Catherine; brother of Thomas (Anna Marie) and David (Debbie). Bob was a proud member of the Pittsburgh Masonic Lodge 45. Friends will be received at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Road, Brentwood 15227 on Tuesday, January 17, 2023 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. where a blessing service will be held on Wednesday, January 18, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, family suggests contributions to Whitehall Public Library, 100 Borough Park Drive, Pittsburgh, PA 15236 or Alzheimer's Association - Greater Pennsylvania Chapter, 2835 E. Carson Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15203. January 12, 2023 I am so sorry to hear about Uncle Bob. I loved talking with him and hearing all the stories. He will be missed dearly. He always had a smile on his face and could make you laugh even if you had the most horrible day. We love you Uncle Bob.
