Stephanie, Rikki and I just learned of Bob's passing today and extend our sympathy and prayers to you and your family. I remember the first time I met Bob and thinking about how warm, engaging, and instantly likable I found him to be. While first impressions aren't always correct, that particular one was -- and then some. Bob exhibited all of those qualities and more and I enjoyed getting to know him more. Although we haven't seen you for a long time, you're in our hearts. -- Larry Berger
