I did not know Ronald personally, but I did know him through the memories of his son Doug. Ronald was always portrayed as the "rock" of the family both in strength and love. My sympathies to the family for their loss. My thoughts and prayers are with you all. Paula Bucklad

Ron was my cousin. Because we moved out of state, , I have not seen Ron for a long time. But looking at his photo caused me to smile.. He was a larger than life person in many ways, as was his mom, Aunt Aggie, a character. When I was a kid, I distinctly remember Ron telling me what it was like on a football field and what college was like. He was my big, older cousin who talked to a little kid with kindness. He was always kind. I regret I have not seen him in a long time. Sending sympathy to Karen, Heather, and Doug. Marlene Schwab

Mr. Campbell was a great man. He was first and foremost a teacher who took a keen interest in his students. He was my coach in high school and his steady hand helped guide me through each football season. I definitely tried your hardest, whether on the field or in the classroom, because I did not want to disappoint Mr. Campbell after the time and effort he had put forth in tutoring me and others. He will not be forgotten. Condolences to the family. May he rest in peace.

Karen, Heather, and Doug, My deepest sympathy to you all for the loss of your father and husband. You know how much he meant to me. I thank God I spent time with him last week and he loved to talk about our days at TJ. A special bond that can never be broken and a love we had for each other. He will be missed by everyone that knew him. He was a very special guy, a great teacher, a greater football coach, and an amazing friend. Thank you for all the great memories. One of my favorite teachers in high school. But also, one of my favorite teachers of the art of fine cigars and pipes. I will always remember and treasure our conversations at the tinder box. He helped me restore my grandfather's pipe collection..something I will always be grateful for. Enjoy the best on the other side Mr. Campbell...we will see you when we get there. In the meantime...you left a wonderful legacy here.
