So very sorry to hear of the passing of Aunt Rose. She and Uncle Jim were my godparents and were always very kind to me, especially at Christmas. She was dearly loved by my mother Mary (Brady) Stodart and it was always wonderful to see them when they came to visit our family. She may have been small in stature but she had a huge heart and had a very kind way about her. We will keep her in our prayers. The Tim Stodart family (Tim, Wendy, Leah, and Braden)

To the family and friends of Aunt Rose, I wish to send my sincere sympathies! My siblings and I loved Aunt Rose dearly, and she and Uncle Jim came frequently to Houtzdale to visit with my mother, Mary (Brady) Stodart and the eleven of us. Aunt Rose came bearing the most delicious chocolate cake and white icing that was ever made, and at Christmas time, her delicate sugar cookies and 'S' cookies were a special treat that we longed for! But it is her gentle soul, warm smile, and soft and kind speaking voice that is missed the most! Heaven gained another angel, and we on earth were lucky to have the pleasure of knowing and loving her! My thoughts and prayers are with you all there...
