Age 87, on Friday, October 4, 2024, of Whitehall formerly of Carrick.

Beloved wife of the late Richard M. Dapper; loving mom to Deborah (Dan) Ault, Donna Gumbel, and Karen (Chris) Mooney; proud grandma of Dylan, Duncan, Devin, Eric and Jason; sister of the late Bernie, Chuck (survived by Mary Lou), Joe, Rich (survived by Marie) and Bob Heisler. Also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
Rose was a Girl Scout Leader with her daughters and worked at Hallmark in Caste Village. As a longtime parishioner of St. Gabriel Church, she was involved in Christian Mothers and Christian Family Movement (CFM). Rose also worked countless bingos. Friends will be received at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Road, Brentwood 15227, Monday, October 7, 2024 from 2:00 - 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. Funeral Prayer on Tuesday morning at 9:00 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial in Our Lady of Hope Parish at St. Gabriel Church at 10:00 a.m. If desired, family suggests contributions to Brentwood Meals on Wheels, 3725 Brownsville Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15227.
