CRAIG, RUTH L. THOMPSON (REESE) Beloved mother of Traci Thompson passed away on May 27. Survived by her twin brother Robert L. Reese; nieces, Alice and Maura Reese; nephews, Bryan, Carl and John Reese, Ian Guthrie; stepson, James Craig; and six grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren and great-nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas J. Craig; brothers, Murray J. and Eugene H. Reese; her sister, Delores Reese Guthrie; nephew, Paul Reese; stepson, John Craig; and former husband, Bertram N. Thompson, Jr. She was warm, caring and never missed an opportunity to help a friend. She will be truly missed by all. Friends welcome at John F. Slater Funeral Home, 4201 Brownsville Road, Brentwood, (412) 881-4100 on Tuesday, May 31: 2-4 pm and 6-8 pm, and Wednesday, June 1: 2-4 pm followed by a blessing service.
