Obituary For Ruth L. (Hanselman) Lewis

Age 91, on Friday, February 3, 2023, of Overbrook. Beloved wife of the late Arthur E.; loving mother of Steve (Diane) Lewis and the late Linda C. (survived by Walter) Snow; sister of Dolores "Dee" (the late Robert) Perston, William F. Hanselman, Jr. and Charlotte (Howard) Hopkins; also survived by her cousins, nieces and nephews. Ruth was a volunteer for over 20 years at Southside Hospital and a longtime member of Fairhaven Methodist Church and Women's Club of Overbrook. Visitation will be held Tuesday, February 7, 2023, from 2-8 p.m. at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Road, Brentwood, PA 15227. Funeral service will be held Wednesday, February 8, 2023, at 11 a.m. in the John F. Slater Funeral Home Chapel. If desired, family suggests contributions to Fairhaven United Methodist Church Window Fund, 2415 Saw Mill Run Boulevard, Pittsburgh, PA 15234 or The American Cancer Society, P.O.
