Sandra Jean Zaroda Beyer of Baldwin Borough passed away on Wednesday December 16, 2020. She was the loving wife of the late F. Gregg Beyer; loving mother of David Gregg Beyer (Teresa) and Patricia Lynn Beyer-Smith (James M.). Sandra was born August 6, 1940 to Alice Wilson Zaroda and Sylvestor John Zaroda. Sandra was joined by two brothers; William John Zaroda in 1945 and James Sylvester Zaroda in 1949 (Sue Harrison). Sandra attended Kelton and St. Bernards Elementary schools. She graduated from Dormont High School in 1958 where she met her husband Gregg. Sandra worked for Koppers Company from 1959 to 1962 as a secretary. She attended community college and the University of Pittsburgh School of Social Work, where she received her Master's Degree in social work (MSW) in 1985. Sandra and Gregg, a teacher and principal, were married on August 5, 1961. Sandra is a member of St. Germaine Church and the Buhl Cottage Association. Sandra enjoys gardening, furniture refinishing, reading and cooking. She also enjoys spending time at their cottage in Evans City, PA. She is also survived by grandchildren Jonathan Eccker (Ali), Nicole Beyer (Lora), Matthew Beyer and Michael A. Eccker (Emily). Visitations and services were held privately and a memorial service will be held at a future date. Arrangements handled by John F.
