Harbison; mother of Steve (Jacque) Harbison, Dan (Patti) Harbison, Lynn (the late Paul) Dieter and Kathy (Paul) McGrath; grandmother of Karen (Craig) Slusser, Michelle (Dan) Brickett, Kelly Fennell, Jennifer Harbison, Lyndsey (Brian) Orsini, Lauren (Brad) Lutrus, Holly (Shane) Tonkavitch, Ryan McGrath, Sara (Lucas) Kasubick, Kaitlyn McGrath (fiancé Ryan Murphy), Rob Harbison and Matthew Dieter; great-grandmother of Bryan, Julia, Amanda, Claire, Cameron, Jonathan, Christian, Cole, Dylan and Ryleigh; aunt of Rick (Kathy) Hoover and Bill (Karen) Hoover. Shirley was an active member of the Harmonsburg United Methodist Church and the Harmonsburg United Methodist Women's Group. Visitation will be held privately.
