My sincere condolences to you Vicky and your daughters, Abbey and Casey, and your extended family. We first meet on the Sandusky Ski Club trip, to 7 Springs 2020, then I had the true pleasure of a wonderful week with Steve & you, along with Steve's "cuz" Kim Mohr and your wonderful friends. Steve was the perfect host and made me not only feel welcome, like family, but made darn sure I was comfortable and happy in every way. I loved his humor, ear to ear grin, and boisterous laugh and his easy going personality. He was kind and courteous and always thinking of others. I won't forget these words..."Cuz.....Cuz" as he referred warmly to his cousin, Kim Mohr! What beautiful memories I have of that week and I was so blessed to be apart of it and to have met Steve. RIP Steve and sending prayers to your family for comfort and support during this tragic time. God Bless you.

The Kerr family is very saddened by the news of Steve's passing. We met Steve, and family over 30 years ago here in Florida. I even taught Abbey & Casey how to swim in our condo pool when they were 5 years old. It was always a pleasure to see them when they came down to Florida. Steve always had a great big grin on his face. We spent many afternoons by the pool when they were down. Steve always had his favorite cocktail, a screwdriver in hand. Watching the sunset every evening from the pool area was one of his passions. Along with a day of boating. He and Vicky both loved to dance and while they were here in Florida they sought out the best local places that had the best bands to dance to. He will truly be missed by many. He was larger than life (Pun intended) he just made everyone in his presence feel special! Gone but Not forgotten. Joni, Joan, Dalton Kerr

Those we love don't go away, They walk beside us every day, Unseen, unheard, but always near, Still loved, still missed and very dear. For Vicky, Abbey & Casey .... from Lorraine & Michael Travers -- your Toronto friends. Steve was the definition of a gentleman ... kind, always considerate of others and every happy meeting with him began with a hearty handshake and one of his custom made, ear to ear grins. We were so fortunate to meet Steve and family at our Isla del Sol getaway more than 30 years ago. At every meeting with the Stasenkos, we were always struck by the closeness of your family and always looked forward to the time we got to spend with you. We pray for Steve.

Stasenko family, I had the honor of meeting Steve in 2016. Our members were at S. Hills Village mall for 7 weeks. And Steve was there for most of them. Walking with us, supporting us, and teaching us what it means to be in a union. His pride and solidarity will never be forgotten! I will carry it with me and remember to keep showing up! It's guys like Steve that make me proud to be in a union. My deepest sympathies.
