Obituary For Steven R. Mehring

Age 71, on Wednesday, August 23, 2023, of Baldwin.

Loving father of Chrissy (Scott) Phillips and Jamie (Blair) Kenrick; proud Pap-Pap Steve of Amara and Colt Phillips and Nolan and Caden Kenrick; son of the late Russell and Marilyn Mehring; brother of Shirley Mehring (John Parroccini) and Barbara Mehring (Robert Moran). Also survived by his loving companion Leanne Goetz and many nieces and nephews. Steve was retired after a lengthy career with Team Industrial Services. Friends will be received at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Road, Brentwood 15227 on Sunday, August 27, 2023 from 2-6 p.m. Funeral prayer at 10:00 a.m. on Monday morning at funeral home. Committal Service at Southside Cemetery at 10:30 a.m. If desired, family suggests contributions to the Crohn's & Colitis Foundation, 6425 Living Place, Suite 200, Pittsburgh, PA 15206.
