Lewis, Thelma L.

Age 91, on Wednesday, April 16, 2014, of Baldwin Boro.

Wife of the late Edwin A. Lewis; beloved mother of Linda Lewis and the late Ronna L. Clark; loving grandmother of Stacey L. (James) Tomko and Cheryl A. (Dave) Belsterling; mother-in-law of Robert R. Clark; great-grandmother of Kate Tomko and Brian and Alyssa Belsterling; also survived by her loving nieces and nephews, her longtime caregiver Eleanore Roebuck, and her beloved dogs, Shelby, Piper and Binbo. Thelma was retired from the VA Hospital in Aspinwall where she worked as an LPN. Friends will be received at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Road, Brentwood 15227, Friday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m., where funeral services will be held on Saturday at 12:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers, family suggests contributions to Animal Friends, 562 Camp Horne Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15237.
