Age 90, on Sunday, February 1, 2026, of Baldwin Borough.

Beloved husband of 60 years to Kathryn (Matey) Teague; loving father of the late Cynthia Lynn Miller and Patricia Ann Roble; grandfather of Christopher (Jeanie), Justin and Nikki (Brett) Schneider; great-grandfather of seven; brother of Nicky (Mike) Doukas and his late twin brother, Thomas (survived by Debbie) and late sister, Cookie Moritz; brother-in-law of Patricia (Eugene) Aloe. Also survived by nieces and nephews. Theodore proudly served his country in the U.S. Army. There will be no visitation. . Committal prayers will be held on Tuesday, March 3, 2026 at the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies at 1:30 p.m. Everyone please meet at the cemetery.
