Age 91, on Thursday, September 26, 2024, of James Creek, formerly of Baldwin Borough.

Beloved husband of the late Diana Melibruda Citro; loving father of Debbie (David) Allen and Nadine (Frank) Bove; cherished grandfather of Lexi; son of the late John and Cathryn (Watkins) Citro; Also survived by his brother William (Lynda) Citro and family and several cousins. Preceded in death by his four siblings, Dorothy, John, Frank and Carol. Ted was a member of the American Legion Post 935 for 57 years. There will be no visitation, services and burial have taken place privately with family. Arrangements handled by the John F.
