Wife of the late Joseph A. DeFazio; mother of Joseph (Kathy) DeFazio, Agnes "Aggie" (Bob) Collura, Nicholas DeFazio and the late Rose Theresa Mischuk; grandmother of 9; great-grandmother of 14; sister of Frank (Yvonne) Fera, Nick (Eileen) Fera, Katherine (Sam) Corrado and the late Marie (Richard) Bailey. Also survived by loving in-laws, nieces and nephews. Friends will be received at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Road, Brentwood 15227, on Tuesday from 2-8 p.m. Funeral Prayer on Wednesday morning at 9:15. Mass of Christian Burial in St. Gabriel of The Sorrowful Virgin Church at 10.
