Obituary For Thomas F. Church

April 23, 1958 - February 7, 2017 Church, Thomas F. "Tom" Age 58, on Tuesday, February 7, 2017, of Pittsburgh.

Survived by Caroline Church, and his children, Jordan and Jake Church; also survived by his beloved cousins the Gorbys and the Kerns. Tom was a life-time member of Hamilton Presbyterian Church. There will be no visitation. Friends and family are invited to attend a memorial service on Saturday, February 18, 2017 at the Hamilton Presbyterian Church at 11 a.m. If desired, family suggests contributions to American Diabetes Association, 100 W.
