Obituary For Thomas J. Slezak

Age 82, passed away on Thursday, August 15, 2024, of Carrick. Father of Scott Slezak and the late Mark Slezak; grandfather of Staycia Slezak; son of the late John and Frances Slezak; brother of Roberta (John) Stepaniak. Also survived by his ex-wife Nancy Slezak and numerous cousins. Friends will be received at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc. 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Road, Brentwood 15227 on Friday, August 23, 2024 from 9:00-10:00 a.m. Funeral prayer at 9:45 with Mass of Christian Burial in Blessed Trinity Parish, St. Sylvester Church at 10:30.
