Obituary For Thomas W. Richardson, Sr.

May 18, 1939 - January 8, 2017

Richardson, Thomas W., Sr., age 77, on Sunday, January 8, 2017 of West Mifflin, born and raised in Homewood. Beloved husband of 48 years to Maureen (Flanagan); proud father of Thomas W., Jr. (Michelle), Matthew C. (Heather), Michael F. (Sharon) Richardson; son of the late Lewis F. and Lillian M. (Janke) Richardson; brother of Robert C. and the late Jean and Frank; loving grandfather of Lewis, Thomas "Willie" III, Josephine, Edward, Katie, Michaela, Cory, Jordyn and soon to be 9th grandchild. Thomas was a proud graduate of Central Catholic High School Class of 1957 and a loyal fan of Central Catholic Athletics and Duquesne University Basketball. "Eltey", "Be Careful" Friends will be received at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 4201 Brownsville Road, Brentwood 15227 on Tuesday from 6-8 p.m. and Wednesday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Funeral prayer on Thursday morning at 9:15. Mass of Christian Burial in St. Elizabeth of Hungary Church at 10:00 a.m.
