Son of the late Francis L. and Hilda E. (Schwartzer) Pierce; brother of Jeffrey (Samantha) Pierce; uncle of Becky and Jonathan; nephew of Norman Schwartzer. Friends will be received at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Road, Brentwood 15227, Friday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. where Blessing Services will be held on Saturday morning at 10.
