Age 62, on Thursday, July 9, 2026, of Baldwin.

Beloved mother of Mike (Jessica) Sharp; daughter of the late James and Edith (Smith) Sharp; sister of Wendy Yates Stevens, Todd, Tracy, Peter and the late Evie Yates; grandmother of Noah and Andrew Sharp. Also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.

Tracy Sharp was a light in this world. She was always fun-loving, always happy to be here, and no matter what life threw at her, she would always say, “I’m doing my best.”

She loved her son, Mike, with all her heart, and nothing brought her more joy than her grandchildren. She spent most of her life working as a nurse aide, dedicating herself to helping others. Tracy was one of the most selfless people you could ever meet—she would give the clothes off her back to someone in need without hesitation.

For more than 15 years, she fought a courageous battle on dialysis. Through every challenge and setback, she kept fighting, kept smiling, and kept doing her best. Ultimately, her heart could not fight any longer, and she passed away surrounded by the love she had given so freely throughout her life.

Tracy's kindness, strength, and unwavering love for her family will never be forgotten. Her light will continue to shine through all the lives she touched.

Rest in peace, Mom. We love you and will miss you forever. ❤️

Friends will be received at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Road, Brentwood 15227 on Sunday, July 12, 2026 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. where a funeral service will be held on Monday at 11:00 a.m. in the funeral home Chapel.
