Obituary For Vera Mae (Frisch) Gannon

February 7, 1925 - September 23, 2014

Gannon, Vera Mae (Frisch), age 89, with her loving family by her side on Tuesday, September, 23, 2014, of Pleasant Hills formerly of Baldwin. Loving wife of 68 years to Frank T. "Bud"; beloved mother of Kathleen (Blair) Chrise, Eileen (Donald) Degenhardt, Patricia (Curtis) Rasmussen, and Marilyn (Paul) Boghosian; proud grandmother of Brad (Daesha) Hensler, Kelly (Luke) Repka, Kristen (Aaron) Spolter, Mitchell and Kelsey Rasmussen and Nicholas Boghosian; sister of Mary Alice (Al) Doublet and the late Catherine Wozniak, Roy and Harold Frisch; great-grandmother of Madison, Caden, Morgan, Delanie, Samantha, Connor, and Ariana. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Friends will be received at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Road, Brentwood 15227 on Friday from 2-8 p.m. where a funeral prayer will be held on Saturday morning at 9:15.     I am so far away at this time and feel so bad that I could not be there with you. My thoughts and prayers were with you everyday as you went through this time.
