Obituary For Virginia "Ginny" Hughes
son-in-law, Jay Lieb. Also step-children Janice(Bob) Rudolph and Bob Hughes. She is also survived by her 19 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren.
Ginny's legacy is one of unyielding kindness and generosity. Residing at Friendship Village, she became known as one of the "Golden Girls" - everyone wanted a seat at her table. Her friends loved her, respected her and the staff spent countless hours with her exchanging stories and sharing laughs. Not enough gratitude can be given to the staff for the unwavering compassion and loving care they bestowed on Ginny.
She will be greatly missed. The loss is deeply felt by her huge family and all those who knew and loved her. Her memory will live on and inspire strength, resilience and kindness to those whose lives she touched.
To her daughters, she leaves her compassion and wicked sense of humor. To her sons-in-law, she thanks them for loving her daughters unconditionally. And to her grandchildren and great grandchildren, Gram (Gigi) leaves the biggest hugs and kisses. Her family was her sole focus. We Are Family!Photos & Video
