Walter Anthony Beloncis, age 86, passed away on Sunday October 18, 2026 of Carrick.
He was the beloved husband of Mary (Eldeston) Beloncis; devoted father of Michael Beloncis and Linda (Tipton) Beloncis; cherished grandfather of Logan and Jacob; uncle of James Joseph Beloncis; son of the late Walter Joseph Beloncis and Mary (Kopa) Beloncis; and brother of the late Stanley Charles Beloncis.

Walter loved spending time with his family. He was an avid sports fan and enjoyed traveling.

Friends will be received at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Road, Brentwood 15227 on Tuesday and Wednesday, October 27 and 28, 2026 from 2pm - 4pm and 6pm - 8 p.m. Funeral prayer on Thursday morning at 9:15 a.m. at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, followed by Mass of Christian Burial at Blessed Trinity Parish, St. Albert the Great Church, 3198 Schieck Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15227 at 10:00 a.m.
