Age 80, of Pittsburgh, passed peacefully with family by his side, on Sunday, February 15, 2026.
Bill was born in Akron, OH on October 11, 1945 to the late Charles and Marian Snyder. He attended Mt. Lebanon High School before graduating from Robert Morris College in 1969. He proudly served in the Marine Corp. Reserves from 1969 to 1975. Bill then worked for Honeywell and later owned WASnyder and Son serving the HVAC commercial community.
Beloved husband of 45 years to Linda (Dieterle) Snyder; father of Brittany Hucko and Ryan (Andrea) Snyder; proud Pappap of Brooks, Bryce, William and Ruby.
Friends will be received at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Road, Brentwood 15227 on Saturday, March 7, 2026 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Alzheimer’s Association would be greatly appreciated.
