Obituary For William F. "Billy" Kestner

Age 82, on Wednesday, August 12, 2020, of Mt. Washington.

Son of the late William, Sr. and Ruth; brother of Laura Jean (Philip) Wilding and the late Patricia Ruth (Joseph) Pietkiewicz. Also survived by loving nieces and nephews. Billy was a proud member of Steamfitters Local 449 for 55 years and served in the U.S. Army. Due to the current health crisis, visitation and services will be held privately.
