One of my favorite memories is of Billy and me walking up the creek bed in Elco, we had so much fun, and he was always so happy and laughed at everything, love you always. Diane Jobes

To Chris, the Ryan & the O'Neill Family, It was a pleasure just to see Bill drive by in the passenger seat & watch him wave to me or hear him say "hi." Such a gentleman. May he rest now in heaven. My sympathy to all of his family and his friends. I will miss seeing him next door and when he and Chris drive by. Gabriella (Gabby) Hackett
