Obituary For William H. Pridemore

August 17, 1934 - July 31, 2018

Pridemore, William H. Age 83, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, July 31, 2018 of Whitehall.

Beloved husband of Barbara Pridemore for over 55 years; loving father of Linda Lee (Dean) Falcione; grandfather of Gail and Macy Falcione; brother of the late Helen Neumann, Lilly Lorenz and James Pridemore; also survived by his many loving nieces, nephews and great-nieces and nephews. William was a proud member of the US Air Force, where he retired as a Lt. Colonel after 26 years of service. He then spent 26 years with Westinghouse as a mechanical engineer, where his name appeared on several patents. His hobbies were fishing, hunting, and boating, where he enjoyed time in the great outdoors. He served as president of the Pittsburgh Downriggers Club. Friends will be received at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Rd., Brentwood 15227, Friday, August 3, 2018, from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Funeral services will be held on Saturday morning at 11:00 in Baldwin Community United Methodist Church. Everyone please meet at church.
