Age 75, passed peacefully on Thursday, September 19, 2024 of Pittsburgh.

Son of the late Frank J. and Pauline Christian; brother of the late Frank A. Christian, survived by sisters, Catherine Christian and Paula Marlene (the late Bob) Arnold. Also survived by his nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. Bill proudly served his country in the U.S.M.C. for three years during the Vietnam War. Friends will be received at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Road, Brentwood 15227 on Tuesday, September 24, 2024 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. where a funeral service will be held in the funeral home Chapel on Wednesday, September 25, 2024 at 12:00 noon. Interment will follow in the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies. If desired, family suggests contributions to a charity of your choice.
