Age 90, on Thursday, March 6, 2014, of Friendship Village, formerly of Whitehall.

Beloved husband of the late Mary Lou; father of Barbara (Owen) Humpage, Christine (Robert Welch) Miller, Elizabeth (Steve) Deer, Bill (Lisa) and Mark (Zylphia Ford) Miller; grandfather of six; great-grandfather of two; brother of Sister Anne Marie Miller and the late Mary Margaret Smith. Friends will be received at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Road, Brentwood 15227, Friday from 4-7 p.m. Funeral Prayer on Saturday morning at 9:00. Mass of Christian Burial in St. Thomas More Church at 10:00 am.
