Gena is a resident of Bethel Park. She graduated from Carrick High School in 1990 and also attended the Pittsburgh High School for Creative and Performing Arts, as a dance major. Gena has been married to her husband, Matt, for 29 years and they have two children, Michael and Maria. Gena joined the staff of John F. Slater Funeral Home in 2020, as an Office Coordinator, but we quickly recognized her gift in working with families. In June of 2023, she was promoted to Prearrangement Specialist.
